Teriyabougou, a center of Ecotourisme, is located on the banks of the River Bani one of Niger River's tributaries at about 90 KM from Segou. Teriyabougou, which means (House of friendship), was founded by Father Bernard Vespiren. Teriyabougou is a real eco-tourism experience. Visit the village and the place where they smoke fish.
